What we collect and why

• Account details — name, email address and login credentials, to create and secure your account. Legal basis: performance of our contract with you.
• Page and project content — the pages you publish, their settings, addresses and prices, to provide the service. Legal basis: contract.
• Agent connections — the agents you connect, the permissions you grant and a record of what they did, so you can review and revoke access. Legal basis: contract and our legitimate interest in security.
• Support messages and feedback — what you send us, to answer you and improve the product. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
• Usage and technical data — device and browser information, IP address, pages viewed and error reports, for security, fraud prevention and improving the service. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
• Marketing emails — only where you have opted in. Legal basis: consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Payment card details are collected and held by Paddle, our merchant of record — we never see or store them.

Who we share it with

• Service providers who host, secure and support the platform, and who process data for us only.
• Paddle.com Market Limited, our merchant of record, for sales, subscription management, payments, invoicing and tax compliance.
• Domain registrars, when you buy or connect a domain through live.link.
• AI model providers, to run the agent features you use, on the content you submit to them.
• Professional advisers such as lawyers and accountants.
• Authorities, where we are required to by law.

We do not sell your personal data.

International transfers

We are based in the United States and our providers may process data outside your country, including outside the UK and EEA. Where that happens we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

How long we keep it

Account and page data is kept while your account is open and for up to 12 months afterwards, so you can come back. Records we must keep for tax and accounting are held for 7 years. Logs and technical data are kept for up to 12 months. After that we delete or anonymise it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or send it to another provider, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Write to privacy@agentlive.link and we will reply within one month. If you are in the UK or EEA you can also complain to your local supervisory authority.

Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls and row-level database rules, so that each account only reaches its own data.

Cookies

We use essential cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in and to keep the site secure; these cannot be turned off without breaking the service. We do not use advertising cookies. Any analytics we run is limited to aggregate usage. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings.
