1. Accepting these terms

By creating an account or continuing to use live.link, you agree to these terms. If you are using live.link for an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation. If you are using it as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age to enter into a contract.

2. What live.link does

live.link publishes pages and apps to an address, connects them to the AI agents you already use, and — where you choose to sell — lets a buyer claim a page outright or on a monthly arrangement, with the handover done for you. Plans are described on our pricing page.

3. Your account

Keep your login details confidential; you are responsible for everything done through your account. Give us accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use live.link to:

• break the law, or publish content that is unlawful in the places it is served;
• commit fraud, send spam, or misrepresent who owns a page you sell;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property, trade marks or privacy;
• interfere with the security of the service — no malware, probing, rate abuse, scraping, or circumventing technical limits;
• reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the service outside the plan you purchased.

5. Content you publish and agent output

You keep ownership of the content you publish. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and serve it solely to run the service. You are responsible for the prompts you give your agents, for the content those agents produce, for checking that it is accurate, and for having the rights to any material you feed in. Output produced with AI assistance can be wrong or incomplete and is not a substitute for professional advice.

We may remove, restrict or refuse content and suspend accounts where content breaks these terms. If you believe a page infringes your rights, write to us at legal@agentlive.link and we will investigate; repeat infringers lose access.

6. Our intellectual property

YourAI, Inc. owns live.link — its software, documentation, design and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service on the plan you have selected.

7. Service level

We work hard to keep live.link available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Payment, subscriptions and taxes

Plan prices, billing frequency, renewals, cancellations, tax and refunds are handled by our reseller. Please read the Paddle Buyer Terms and our refund policy. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period until cancelled; cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.

Where you sell a page through live.link, we deduct the share shown for your plan on the pricing page from each sale before payout.

9. Our reseller

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, a security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may close your account at any time. When access ends you have 30 days to export your pages and data, after which we may delete it.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including lost profits, lost data or lost goodwill. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot be excluded by law.

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these terms.

12. General

You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, and the courts of Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction.
